Once the infusion process is complete, you can either chill or freeze the spirit, depending on your preference. If you enjoy your liquor straight, you can sip or shoot it as is. If desired, you can re-infuse the spirit to craft a second batch. The first infusion will yield 8 shots or enough alcohol for 8 cocktails. While the flavors of the second infusion may be less pronounced, they will still be delicious.
