Our Demerara Gum Syrup is a superior raw sugar syrup, crafted in Austin, TX. Made from minimally processed demerara cane sugar that retains a distinct molasses note, it is a natural complement to rum and whiskey. All-natural gum arabic from the Acacia tree creates a unique richness and viscosity in finished drinks. A 9.5 oz bottle makes 12-34 cocktails.

The ingredients in our Demerara Gum Syrup are demerara cane sugar, filtered water, gum arabic, citric acid, and benzoic acid. Each 0.5 oz (15 ml) serving contains 45 calories, 0g total fat, 0mg cholesterol, 0mg sodium, 11g total carbs, 0g fiber, 11g total sugars (including 11g added sugars), and 0g protein.
